How do Unlimited generations work?

Unlimited gives you the freedom to create with selected models without worrying about credits. It’s designed to help you stay in your creative flow and iterate freely subject to reasonable use, daily usage thresholds per account, and the restrictions described below.

How do fast generation work?

Every month, you get a fixed number of top-priority fast generations, depending on your plan. Once your fast generations run out, you still have unlimited access; generations simply process at standard speed.

How do parallel generations work?

Parallel generations determine how many image and video assets a single user can create at the same time in Unlimited mode. Your plan includes a set limit (e.g., 8, 10, or 12) on how many assets you can generate at once. Once you reach the maximum number of parallel generations, you will be unable to generate until another asset finishes loading.

How many AI credits are included for voiceover, image, video, music generation, and Artlist Studio?

Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of credits, and fast and parallel generations per month, which reset each month on the date of credit renewal. Unused credits and fast generations do not carry over into the next month's renewal. Whenever you generate AI content - whether it’s voiceover, image, video, or music, credits are deducted based on the specific tool and settings used.

Who needs an Artlist Max Business plan?

If you work for an agency or company (or any other legal entity) with over 50 employees you are required to have a Max Business or Enterprise license to be fully covered. This also applies if your company is part of a group of companies that has more than 50 people. This requirement does not apply to subscriptions consisting of only AI services.

How is the Enterprise plan different from the Max Business plan?

The Max Business plan is built for companies with 50+ employees and agencies of any size, whereas the Enterprise plan is a custom solution for enterprise-scale needs. It gives teams the flexibility to access AI tools and models, the stock catalog, or both; supporting global teams managing multiple projects, campaigns, and distribution channels, with more stakeholders and higher production demands. If you’re creating projects with Artlist stock assets (music, SFX, footage, and templates) on behalf of a company with more than 50 employees, a Max Business or Enterprise plan is required, regardless of the number of users. You can learn more about Enterprise here.

I am an independent game developer. Am I covered under the Business plan?

Is broadcasting covered by a Business plan?

I want to play my music video on an in-store digital billboard. Do I need an Enterprise plan?

Yes. Out-of-home (OOH) advertising requires a Business or Enterprise plan.

How do I purchase a Business Plan?

  1. From the Pricing page, under Stock Catalog you will find Max Business.
  2. Select your monthly AI credit amount and click Get Started.
  3. Proceed to the checkout page.
  4. Insert your payment and billing information.
  5. Your final cost will be displayed on the right-side.
  6. Click Complete Purchase.

What payment methods are accepted when purchasing an Artlist Max Business plan?

Artlist supports secure payments on the site using the following payment methods:

How do I invite team members?

  1. On the homepage, click the profile icon.
  2. Select Teams from the menu.
  3. Click Invite Members.
  4. Insert team member email address.
  5. Click Add Another to add subsequent members.
  6. Click Invite Members.

If a member already has an active subscription, they cannot be added to a new team. Please contact us to get them set up as part of your team.

There are 2 status types for team members and managers.

Do unused credits and fast generations roll over to the next month?

AI credits and fast generations do not roll over from month to month. Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each monthly credit cycle.

Do Business clients have the rights over the AI-generated content they create with the Artlist AI Toolkit?

Yes, the outputs you generate with the Artlist AI Toolkit are yours to use, adapt, and commercialize without restriction. This applies to what you upload, the output, or the generated content. While you hold rights to the content you generate, you do not acquire any rights to the AI models themselves. The rights to the AI models remain with Artlist. You must not violate our terms of use, including the prohibited uses therein, including third-party rights such as trademarks, intellectual property, or personal likeness.

Does Artlist use my prompts, inputs, or outputs to train AI models?

Our AI services incorporate third-party AI models that are made available through our platform. These models are contractually prohibited from using your data to train or improve their AI models, unless we clearly indicate otherwise.

Some models, however, may use your inputs and outputs for AI training or model improvement purposes. Your decision to generate content using those models is optional and subject to your discretion.

Models that may use your data for AI training or improvement will be clearly identified with an information icon next to them, so you can review this indication before deciding whether to use the relevant model.

What compliance standards does Artlist follow?

Artlist is ISO 27001 certified and adheres to applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, which means your data is handled with the highest security and privacy standards. We also continuously monitor our systems and run regular security checks to keep your information safe. SOC 2 coming soon!
