What can you do with the plugin?

The plugin is the full Artlist AI suite, which means every generation and editing tool available in the AI Toolkit runs natively inside Premiere Pro.

• Generate images and videos — Create any visual or clip from a text prompt or reference image. B-roll, backgrounds, title cards, scene elements, characters — whatever the edit needs, describe it, and it drops straight into your project.
• Music — Generate original music tracks from a prompt and place them directly on your timeline, so you can create exactly what the edit calls for.
• Voiceover — Generate voiceover from a script and sync it to your cut, all from the panel. Useful for fast turnarounds, localization, and anything where re-recording isn't an option.
• Avatars — Generate realistic talking avatars for corporate video, tutorials, explainers, and any format where a presenter asset saves production time.
• Lipsync — Sync dialogue to existing presenter footage natively. Built for localization, brand video, and talking-head formats where you need the mouth to match without a reshoot.
• Upscale — Boost any generation to sharper, broadcast-quality output. Restore low-res sources, sharpen archive footage, and deliver crisp results without leaving the edit.
• Reframe — Change aspect ratio for any platform without re-exporting. Adapt the same sequence for social, broadcast, and web from inside your existing edit.

Your Artlist library syncs automatically too. Anything you've generated on the platform is waiting for you in My Library inside the panel. No re-uploading or searching through downloads folders. It's already there.

What this looks like in a real edit

“ The biggest change is that I stopped thinking about the generation step as a separate thing. Before, it was: finish this section, go generate something, come back. Now I generate from the panel and keep editing. The cut stays in my head because I never leave it. That sounds like a small thing, but it's genuinely a game-changer.”

Why native creation matters

A native panel inside Premiere Pro means the generation happens in context. You can see your sequence while you prompt. You can drop an asset directly onto a track and keep your edit in sight the whole time, so your creative decisions stay connected to what you're actually building.

How to install the Artlist AI Premiere Pro plugin

Setup takes a few minutes.

1. Download the Artlist AI Toolkit plugin installer — it detects your editing apps automatically.
2. Install. The plugin installs directly into Premiere Pro.
3. Open Premiere Pro. The Artlist AI Toolkit panel will appear under Window > UXP Plugins.

Your full generation history syncs immediately. If you've been generating on Artlist, everything is already in My Library inside the panel.

Figma and DaVinci Resolve plugins are in development to help you create with Artlist AI natively in the tools where your day-to-day creative work actually happens.

For now: if you edit in Premiere Pro, this is the fastest way to add full AI generation to your workflow without changing how you work.
